What is your Return Policy?

Please contact us if there are any issues with your order, and we will try to come to a solution together. You will receive a store credit for the value of the items. Refunds aren't available nor do we assume responsibility for shipping costs except as explained below. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any items you purchase from us. In the rare event that you are dissatisfied for any reason, please email Carolina at Karopor@Yahoo.com within 3 days after receiving the package to request a return authorization. We will accept exchanges of the product in its original new condition only. You will need to pay shipping costs for the return. However, if the return is due to our error we will pay the return shipping cost. Please keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Note that returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the original shipment. We regret to inform you that special order merchandise is not returnable.

What shipping method do you use?

Merchandise will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) 1st Class Mail (US only) 3 business days of completed purchase. WE only ship in the USA. If you would prefer a different shipping method, please contact Carolina directly at Karopor@Yahoo.com Our priority when preparing items to be sent in the mail is the safety of the jewelry, but we also pay special attention to the aesthetics of the packaging so you can be sure you will receive a lovely package.

Do you charge sales tax?

Deliveries made in Massachusetts are the only purchases that we are required to charge 6.25% sales tax on.

What's your privacy policy?

Simple, we do not share your information with anyone. We use your information to ship items, and to contact you regarding an order. We do not lend, rent, sell, share or carelessly handle any personal information provided by our clients. We sell jewelry -- not information. We value your privacy.

Are these products for children?

NO. These items are produced for adults and not designed to be worn or used by children. These items are not toys nor are they meant for children. They are made of glass and some of these items may have sharp points.

Is the glass fragile?

In general, the glass is fairly sturdy due to the thickness and the heating processes done during beadmaking. For example, if you drop a small necklace or earrings on a rug, they usually will not break. However, if you drop them on concrete they may break or get chipped.

What is Fused Glass?

Fusing glass involves cutting glass and stacking it together and firing the glass in a kiln to about 1475 degrees until it fuses or joins together in one piece. This process takes about 12 to 14 hours, including heating and cool down. Additional aspects of fusing glass include grinding to smooth rough edges and polishing the glass.

Can I order another pendant exactly like the one I have?

We can use the same colors and make a similar shape, but the pieces will never come out exactly the same. Every piece is unique!

Will the item I receive look exactly as pictured?

All of our fused glass items are individually handmade. While every effort is made to replicate the style and color of the piece you have chosen, slight variations may be present. These elements add to the unique beauty that makes each piece a one-of-a-kind treasure made just for you! This should be considered part of what makes your purchase special.

Are the dimensions listed in the product descriptions exact?

Due to the handcrafted nature of the items, dimensions in the product descriptions should be regarded as approximate.
