Returns and Exchanges

OUR REFUND POLICY

We like happy customers! If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept exchanges or returns if you notify us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 21 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.


We will accept exchanges/returns of the products in its original new condition only, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


If your item arrives damaged notify us immediately so that we can address the problem as quickly as possible. Please provide photographs of the packaging and the damaged item. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if you notify us after 3 days of receiving the package.


Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to our error we will pay the return shipping cost. Please keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.


Shipping costs are NOT refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.

In the case an item is returned to us for a refund/exchange that is not new, appears used, or is damaged, we will not be able to exchange or return it. Carolina Recycled Glass is not responsible for any shipping charges that may be necessary to send back an item in the event that it is not returnable.


All sales are final on all custom or personalized items, special orders, sale items, and any items marked “final sale”.


If you would like to return/exchange an item, Please make sure the item is properly packaged, we cannot exchange/refund items that don’t arrive in their original condition. Items must be shipped to Carolina Recycled Glass P.O. Box 761254 Melrose MA 02176


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


You will need to pay shipping costs for the return. Note that returns must be postmarked within 21 days of receipt of the original shipment. Special orders are not returnable.


The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any items you purchase from us.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
