Shipping policy

Merchandise will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) 1st Class Mail (US only) with tracking number within 2-3 business days of completed purchase. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please note that the average parcel take 2-5 days to arrive to destination in continental US.

International Shipping: at this point we only ship to Canada. All parcels are shipped via USPS and Canada Post. Recycled Glass Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

"return to sender" policies. If the package comes back to me due to an incorrect address that the customer wrote in, they will be responsible for reshipment.
